Accessibility
Our commitment to a conference website and portal that everyone can use.
Our commitment
AUBMUNC wants every delegate, advisor, and visitor to be able to use this website and the conference portal. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and treat accessibility problems as bugs to be fixed.
What we do
- Pages use semantic headings, landmarks, and labelled form fields so screen readers can navigate them.
- Everything can be reached and operated with a keyboard.
- Text and controls are designed for readable contrast and can be zoomed without losing content.
- Meaningful images have text alternatives.
Known limitations
Documents uploaded by participants, such as position papers and identity files, and content from third-party services may not be fully accessible. If you cannot use something on the site, tell us and we will look for another way to give you the same information or service.
Accommodations at the conference
If you need an accommodation to take part in the conference itself, contact us as early as you can so the team has time to arrange it.
Tell us about a problem
If you hit an accessibility barrier, or need information in another format, write to us using the email address in the footer of this page. Please include the page address and a description of the problem and the device or assistive technology you were using.
